The Central NBP Library, which is the part of the Education and Publishing Department, holds an extensive collection of books and periodicals relating to economics, with particular reference to banking and finance.
The Library’s collection totals some 136.000 books. The Library subscribes to about 200 Polish and foreign periodicals and journals.
The Library collections are catalogued under ALEPH (with the date of publishing started from 1992). The Library’s collections published before 1992 can be found through the card alphabetical catalogue only.
The Library provides access to electronic resources, among others to databases like: LEX, Ebrary, ProQuest, Jstor, OECD iLibrary and others.
All the resources are open to the public and freely available.

| Saturday (September-June) | 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. |
The Library supports the system of interlibrary loan. Borrowings are made upon receiving a filled out ordering form.
The Library is located in the main building of NBP Head Office.
