Back side (reverse):
on the right, the bust of the President of the Republic of Poland Stanisław Wojciechowski; on the left, the bust of Pope Pius XI; centrally, a reproduction of a text from the 1925 Concordat, in French, that reads: CONCORDAT / ENTRE / LE SAINT SIÈGE / ET / LA RÉPULIQUE DE POLOGNE / SIGNÉ À ROME, LE 10 FÉVRIER 1925 (Concordat between the Holy See and the Republic of Poland signed in Rome, 10 February 1925), ended with a full stop. Along the bottom rim, the inscriptions: 100-LECIE ZAWARCIA KONKORDATU / MIĘDZY STOLICĄ APOSTOLSKĄ / A RZECZĄPOSPOLITĄ POLSKĄ (100th anniversary of the Concordat between the Holy See and the Republic of Poland); above the inscriptions, from left to right, a stylised notarial string.
Front side (obverse):
centrally, on a separated area, a reproduction of a text extract from the 1925 Concordat, in French, that reads: “Salut: / Un Concordat entre le Saint-Siège / et la République de Pologne ayant été / signé à Rome le dix Février mil neuf / cent vingt cinq, Concordat, dont la teneur / suit:” (On the tenth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-five, the Concordat between the Holy See and the Republic of Poland was signed in Rome, word for word as follows:). In the top left corner, the image of an imprint of the state seal of the Republic of Poland from the 1925 Concordat; below it, the inscription: 20 / ZŁ.
