Front side (obverse):

on the right, an image of the Polish Army military eagle, pattern 1919, with a broken wing, excavated from the death pits in Kharkiv. On the left, a reproduction of a line from a postcard sent by the family to one of the prisoners, that reads: Czekam / na ciebie tatusiu / z upragnieniem (I am waiting with longing for you, daddy), ended with a full stop. On the left and on the right, shoulder marks belonging to an officer of the Silesian Province Police and an officer of the Polish Army. Below the shoulder mark on the left, the inscription: 50 ZŁ. At the bottom, the image of the Eagle established as the state emblem of the Republic of Poland; below the Eagle, on the right, the Mint mark: m / w. Along the bottom rim, the inscription: RZECZPOSPOLITA POLSKA (Republic of Poland) 2025.
