The joint seminar organized by Narodowy Bank Polski and Joint Vienna Institute (JVI) in cooperation with the European Central Bank and Národná banka Slovenska took place on
1-5 December 2025 in Warsaw. This 5-days seminar was devoted to real estate analysis.
NBP data: In November 2025, inflation net of food and energy prices amounted to 2.7% (y/y). In the period under analysis, the Consumer Price Index (CPI) stood at 2.5% (y/y).
