Along the rim, the inscription: TYSIĄCLECIE KORONACJI BOLESŁAWA CHROBREGO (1000th Anniversary of the Coronation of Boleslaus the Brave). A repeated ornament in three corners.

The whole is surrounded by an ornamental wreath.

Edge (side):

On the first side, the bust of Boleslaus the Brave according to an 18th-century medal by Jan Filip Holzhaeusser and the inscription at the top: INCLYTE DUX TIBI / LAUS STRENUE / BOLESLAE.
