Seminar in cooperation with the Joint Vienna Institute, European Central Bank and Národná banka Slovenska

The joint seminar organized by Narodowy Bank Polski and Joint Vienna Institute (JVI) in cooperation with the European Central Bank and Národná banka Slovenska took place on
1-5 December 2025 in Warsaw. This 5-days seminar was devoted to real estate analysis.

32 representatives from central banks and various financial institutions from Albania, Armenia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, Georgia, Germany, Iceland, Kazakhstan, Republic of Kosovo, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Republic of North Macedonia, Poland, Serbia, Slovakia, Republic of Türkiye, Republic of Uzbekistan along with speakers from NBP, JVI, ECB and NBS discussed the topics related to macroeconomic and financial stability aspects of real estate, overview of approaches to measure and assess risks, development of indicators and hedonic analysis of residential and commercial real estate as well as macroprudential policies to address real estate risks.
