History of Polish Coin (18)

Back side (reverse):

centrally, the obverse of the 5-złoty coin from 1831 with a two-field crowned escutcheon with the images of the Eagle and the Chase; above the escutcheon, a semi-circular inscription: KRÓLESTWO POLSKIE (Kingdom of Poland). Along the rim, the inscription: 5 ZŁOTYCH Z OKRESU POWSTANIA LISTOPADOWEGO (5 złoty from the period of the November Uprising) and an ornament.

Front side (obverse):

at the top, on the right, a fragment of the reverse of the 5-złoty coin from 1831; in its centre, surrounded by a wreath, the inscription: 5 / ZŁOT· / POL· and, along the left rim, a partially visible semi-circular inscription: 17  Z [GRZYW · CZYST · KOL ·] and, in the bottom part of coin, the inscription: ROKU 1831 (the year 1831). At the bottom, on a separated plane in the shape of a circle, the image of the Eagle established as the state emblem of the Republic of Poland. Below the Eagle, on the right, the Mint mark: m / w. Along the rim, the  inscription: RZECZPOSPOLITA POLSKA (Republic of Poland) · 2025; at the bottom, the inscription: 20 ZŁ. On the left, the image of the eagle from the cap of an officer of the 2nd Masovian Cavalry Regiment.

Back side (reverse):

centrally, the obverse of the 3-grosz coin from 1812, featuring a crowned oval escutcheon with the coat of arms of the Duchy of Warsaw and two twigs on the sides of the escutcheon. Along the upper rim, a semi-circular inscription: 3 GROSZE KSIĘSTWA WARSZAWSKIEGO (3-grosz coin of the Duchy of Warsaw). In the background, a fragment of the cover of the Constitution of the Duchy of Warsaw.

Front side (obverse):

at the top, a fragment of the reverse of the 3-grosz coin from 1812, bearing the inscriptions: 3 / GROSZE / 1812 / I.B.; at the bottom, on a separated plane in the shape of a circle, the image of the Eagle established as the state emblem of the Republic of Poland. Below the Eagle, on the right, the Mint mark: m / w. Along the rim, a semi-circular inscription: RZECZPOSPOLITA POLSKA (Republic of Poland) 2025; at the bottom, the inscription: 20 ZŁ. In the background, a fragment of the seal of the Provisional Supreme Council of the Duchy of Warsaw.
